“I dropped my Bronco off due to bad shifting, after doing their diagnosis they determined it was an electrical issue & not mechanical. So unfortunately they weren't able to do any work but due to their diagnosis I was able to figure out my issue & just had to switch out my shift solenoid connection which I did at home. Since they weren't able to do the repairs they didn't charge me any fees, so when I get closer to having to actually rebuild my transmission Ill be taking it here.”
